SPORTS MANAGEMENT LTD SUPPORTS SILVERSTONE RACERS FOOTBALL CLUB 8 November 2006 |
Silverstone-based Sports Management, one of the UK’s leading provider of events signage and branding, was delighted to hand over a cheque for sponsorship in support of local football team, the Silverstone Racers FC. |
The money will go towards providing the club with essential equipment.

Janet Filler, Managing Director of Sports Management said, “We were keen to sponsor the Silverstone Racers FC, because as a Silverstone-based business it is great to be able to support young, local talent." |
“We also have offices in Golborne, near Warrington and sponsor a local football team there too so hopefully we can get them together for a friendly at some point!” she finished. |
Bruce Benyon, Chairman of Silverstone Racers FC was full of praise for the generosity of Sports Management. “We are a new club, only in our third year of existence. We already run teams in six age groups which is not a cheap undertaking in terms of time and resources. Thanks to the sponsorship of Sports Management, we are able to continue to ensure that all our players enjoy the opportunity to play football and enjoy participating in sport in their own community,” he said. |
