British Superbikes Draw to a Close

The British Superbike season drew to a close on 9th October at Brands Hatch after the longest running title battle since Sports Management has produced and supplied the trackside signage to the series.

Just 13 points separated Ryuichi Kiyonari and Gregorio Lavilla going into the last two races. Lavilla won the first race giving him a 25 point lead for the final race of the day meaning he just had to finish, which he did in style breaking the lap record and finishing second behind his team mate Leon Haslem.

Sports Management has supported the Championship for the last few years and, in conjunction with motopro, it looks after all positioning of trackside branding, all branding leading spectators into the circuit and responsibility for the podium on race day.

The title sponsor this year has been Bennetts bike insurance along with associate sponsors such as Think and 888.com and with Channel 4 being the terrestrial broadcaster, Sports Management has helped the Championship ensure that sponsors have maximum exposure.
